COVID-19 Testing at Big Island Pain Center is by appointment only. We also highly recommend making an appointment for our S&G Labs Hawaii testing location in Kailua Kona. Our other locations gladly take walk-ups.
Registration requires that we collect information about you through our HIPAA compliant form: Once you’ve registered a link to book appointments will be sent to your email address provided at the time of registration.
S&G Labs Hawaii testing locations do not require a provider referral
Samples not covered by insurance (travel, no medical necessity, non-participating insurance carriers) cost $150.00. S&G Labs Hawaii offers Kamaaina and student discounts.
Results are available within 36-72 hours after your sample was collected.
S&G Labs Hawaii does not offer rapid COVID-19 testing.

No! You should receive a registration email from portal@labnexus within 48 hours of being tested. Once you receive that email, you can enroll in our online portal where you will have access to your results as soon as they are available.
